DAY 1 : FEZ – AZROU – MIDELT – ERFOUD - RISSANI - MERZOUGA

Fes sahara tours is private Morocco tour from Fez to desert and Marrakech. We will depart for Merzouga, passing through the great cedar forests of Azrou, where troops of wild Barbary Apes (Barbary Macaque) live. It's a great opportunity to take photos of the wilderness. Then we continue via the Middle Atlas Mountains toward the valley of Tafilalt. We’ll have lunch in a restaurant in Midelt. Then we drive through Erfoud, famous for its dates and fossils, crossing several Berber villages and Rissani, the capital of Tafilalt ( Tafilalt is considered as one of the largest oases in the world). Then we carry on to Merzouga. Dinner and overnight in a riad - Merzouga.

DAY 2: MERZOUGA DESERT CAMEL TREK AND 1 NIGHT IN THE DESERT CAMP

in the Morning after your breakfast and shower you will start exploring the desert area visiting the Gnawa village of Khamlia, where we will learn more about the Gnawa music. Afterwards, may meet Nomad families still living under Berber tents in Sahara desert. and after lunch we will drive back to the village of Merzouga. From here we ride camels about 1h30 minutes to arrive to the desert camp where we will spend this night in the sand dunes. We will enjoy the desert sunset and the dinner will be served at the camp.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA CAMEL RIDE - TODGHA GORGE - DADES VALLEY -OURZAZATE

next day wake up early to enjoy a wonderful sunrise on the dunes then take a camel ride back to your hotel. After freshening up and breakfast we’ll leave for Tinghir, Todgha Gorges where you will have your lunch. After lunch we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat M'Gouna and Ouarzazate. This road provides numerous photo opportunities. We’ll visit the Roses valley and Sekoura village, then continue to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa“, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

DAY 4: OUARZAZATE – ATLAS MOUNTAINS - MARRAKECH

After breakfast in the hotel we’ll drive to explore the famous Ait Benhaddou kasbah, the largest kasbah in Morocco. The kasbah was built by Et Hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains during the 18th century, now a house of many Glaoui people. Your journey will continue through the majestic Tizi n’tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains, before ending at your accommodation in Marrakech.----
